Return & Exchange Policy
We at Product Palestine wants you to feel completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer return or exchange within 14 days from the time you receive your order.
✅ Terms and conditions for returns & exchanges:

The product must be unused , in original condition and with all tags/labels still on.

The item must be returned in its original packaging .

Returns must be notified to us via email. before the item is sent back .
🔁 Change:
Would you like to exchange for a different size or item? Please contact us first via email and we will help you put away the correct product while we wait for your return.
💸 Refund:
Once we have received and approved your return, the amount will be refunded to the payment method you used for the purchase. This will normally be done within 5–10 business days .
📦 Return shipping:

The customer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated.

We recommend that you send Trackable shipping , as you are responsible for the return until it reaches us.
🚫 Exceptions:
For hygiene or safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned. This applies to underwear, swimwear and specially ordered goods (unless otherwise agreed).
